Allows you to go longer and faster at a lower intensity,
Strengthen muscles joints and connective tissue,
But the biggest benefit sprinting can help accelerate fat loss because the increased intensity as a significant impact on your metabolism for some time after the workout.
It has been found that sprinting can elevate your metabolism up to 30 times more than your resting rate metabolism.
This type of effort then sends a very strong signal to your body to drop extra body fat as excess weight effects your ability to sprint again in future.
