A hypothetical (but unfortunately quite typical) scenario….

Today we often turn to doctors to prescribe medication to help many people with problems caused by back pain that could be linked to (dietary) inflammation, just to get through a normal day.

We dodge the appointment with the physio, who was to going to help with with core and back strengthening exercises, because we are too busy, and just stick with the quick and easy medication.

Occasionally we grab a bit of exercise with the office basketball or touch footy team, reliving the peak of our younger years, but this only results in further aches and pains. And we continue to ignore the benefits and importance of regular exercise.

Then in years to come after long-term use of strong medications, the actual benefit of the drug reduces, at which the doctor may then prescribe something stronger, leaving little chance of the body to naturally resolve the inflammation.

This together with a poor diet and lifestyle can then lead to very serious health conditions taking hold…..and the spiral continues.
